Work Environment
This job operates in a professional environment. This role routinely uses industry standard housekeeping products, cleaning solutions and equipment. Encounters with various wildlife (feral hogs, deer, snakes, alligators, spiders, ticks, mosquitos and other insects) are common.
Physical Demands
This role requires a mixture of physical demands. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, bend, kneel or crouch. The employee must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time (up to eight hours) and the ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds. Must be able to lift items of up to 15 pounds, bend and stand, load and unload laundry apparatuses. Extreme summer heat as well as cold, wet winters are expected.
