Required Knowledge/Experience: Successful completion of a National Electrical Code (NEC) certified journeyman apprenticeship or equivalent program. Journeyman Electrical License in the state of Idaho (or reciprocity-eligible state) preferred. 16,000 verifiable hours of experience as an Electrician in an industrial or construction environment. 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience. Extensive knowledge of high-voltage equipment, electrical systems, and industrial control wiring. Strong understanding of materials, tools, and methods used in control panel assembly and electrical installations. Ability to interpret electrical schematics, control diagrams, layout drawings, and wiring blueprints with accuracy. Proficiency with electrical testing equipment including voltmeters, MEGGER testers, and light meters. Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to electrical work. Physical ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and crouch for 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs or push/pull up to 100 lbs. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Must pass a background check and drug screening. Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Work Environment and Physical Demands FLSA executive role paid on a hourly basis; project demands may require workweeks over fifty (50) hours, including weekends or holidays. Work performed primarily in a heavy manufacturing environment with exposure to indoor and outdoor conditions. Mobility: Ability to stand, kneel, stoop, or crouch for extended periods. Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands to handle wiring, tools, electrical components, and testing devices. Lifting Requirements: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs in accordance with OSHA standards. Visual/Auditory Requirements: Must be able to see wiring colors, read schematics, and hear instructions or alarms. Must successfully complete background and drug screening.
