Admissions Representative

The Admissions Representative is responsible for enrolling students while adhering to Valley College policies and the accrediting standards and applicable laws, rules and regulations, as required by accrediting and other federal and state regulatory agencies. This position is located at the Cleveland campus.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Consistently respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Follows Valley Colleges phone scripts and admissions presentations to inform prospective students about Valley College education programs.
Coordinates lead handling and prospect appointments with the Director of First Impressions or designated campus staff member.

The UX Peer Advisor supports the Career Exploration & Development by helping students navigate digital career platforms (Handshake, OberLink, Interstride) and providing peer support through drop-in advising and campus engagement. Responsibilities
* Provide peer advising and assistance on career platforms: Handshake, OberLink, and Interstride.
