Neighborhood Health Center of WNY CEO and leadership

Chief Medical Administrator with responsibilities that include care and feeding of all providers, recruitment and retention of provider staff, coordinator of integrated health services and work directly with CEO on special projects including grants and expansion of our health center as needed to service our communities.

Experienced not-for-profit leader with nearly 20 years of experience working with community-based organizations and extensive knowledge of the WNY health, human service and safety-net landscape. Proven ability to efficiently prioritize, consistently meet deadlines, and effectively evaluate problems and generate solutions.

Key Accomplishments:

• Oversaw successful restructuring and expansion of the Information Systems Department to create a data reporting and analysis team, allowing quicker response to agency and community needs.

• Brought the Agency’s support staff under centralized management with a focus on ensuring quality customer care and compliance with established objectives.

• Successfully organized communications, technology and network installations for all office expansions and relocations.

• Team leader for the GetSET project, a capacity building initiative designed by the Health Foundation for Western and Central New York in partnership with The Peter and Elizabeth C. Tower Foundation and The John R. Oishei Foundation.

• Collaborated with peers on the Management Team to plan and submit organization’s application to become a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), a pilot project defined in the Excellence in Mental Health Act of 2014.

• In preparation for CCBHC, served as team leader for successful, on-time redesign and expansion of Central Intake staffing and procedures to improve workflow, reduce wait time and allow clients faster access to service.

• Coordinated all rebranding efforts for the Agency’s transition from Mid-Erie to Endeavor, including new website, logo creation and launch, updating marketing materials and updating terms of use and policy documentation.
