• Collaborated with peers on the Management Team to plan and submit organization’s application to become a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), a pilot project defined in the Excellence in Mental Health Act of 2014.

• In preparation for CCBHC, served as team leader for successful, on-time redesign and expansion of Central Intake staffing and procedures to improve workflow, reduce wait time and allow clients faster access to service.

• Coordinated all rebranding efforts for the Agency’s transition from Mid-Erie to Endeavor, including new website, logo creation and launch, updating marketing materials and updating terms of use and policy documentation.
