We are seeking a highly capable Network Engineer to take ownership of a multi-location network and infrastructure environment. This role is heavily network-focused and requires an engineer who can operate independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage production environments with limited day-to-day assistance.
This is not a support, help desk, or training role. The ideal candidate is someone who has already been responsible for designing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure and can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage enterprise network infrastructure across multiple physical locations
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot:
Firewalls (policy creation, NAT, VPN tunnels, segmentation)
Switches and routers
VLANs, routing, and network segmentation
Site-to-site and client-based VPNs
Act as the primary escalation point for advanced network and infrastructure issues
Troubleshoot and resolve network outages, performance issues, and security concerns independently
Support and maintain hybrid infrastructure (on-prem and Azure environments)
Ensure network availability, reliability, performance, and security across all sites
Work directly with IT leadership, vendors, and service providers
Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and standards
Support core infrastructure systems including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms
Prioritize and manage issues across locations with minimal oversight

Strong hands-on experience as a Network Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer
Proven experience configuring and managing:
Firewalls

Experience supporting multiple locations simultaneously
Experience working in environments with limited technical assistance

Experience with hybrid Azure/on-prem infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

+ Minimum 8+ years of systems engineering experience, ideally within embedded systems, automotive, robotics, or related industries.
+ Proven track record of leading system architecture design and resource allocation for complex embedded platforms.
+ Deep understanding of AV/ADAS domain including embedded computing platforms, sensor integration, and real-time constraints.
+ Strong expertise in system performance analysis and optimization, including CPU/GPU/NPU architectures, memory hierarchies, and network bandwidth management.
+ Experience with platform systems engineering: device power management, I/O, internal & external communication
+ Experience with edge compute SoC and MCU architectures.
