You are expected to way more than what you are paid, they bring in people at higher wages than the people that have been there for years. They play the "if you don't like it, you can leave" game even though they have a high turn over rate. Their leaders just waste time and money and expect the little people to do the work.
They do have a decent medical plan.
The boss is very compassionate and caring for the people. The leadership team are not very intelligent.
Paying a decent wage to all employees not just the new ones.
They will hire anyone unless you have a record. No prep needed.
