Primary Responsibilities
Order & Shipment Coordination:
Manage daily order allocations and special packaging needs, coordinating with growers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Oversee repack adjustments to address demand fluctuations or shortages.
Grower Relationship Management:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prepares and track a wide variety of member documents (e.g., service authorizations, correspondence, memos, forms, and legal documents) for signature of designated authority for work unit and/or office.
Serves as the in-day person in a unit and/or office. Answers office phone calls, take accurate messages and/or routes to appropriate staff. Responds to routine questions for information from families and providers.

Job Summary:
The Regional Specialist advances First Things First's (FTF) mission to support the healthy development and learning of young children in the region by serving as a trusted regional leader and an agent of systems change in the area of early childhood development and health issues across the region who embraces challenges, leads local community engagement, and motivates/guides others to recognize opportunity for change and/or new direction. This position inspires community support for early childhood initiatives, influences public thinking and action, and fosters collaboration across multiple stakeholders. Responsible for relating all pertinent information to the Client when supporting a live project.
Contributes to a master-list of slang words and codes (used by a particular group/organization) for the duration of the project/case.
Maintains a voice library for the duration of the project.
Transcribes and translates pertinent calls and documents as assigned by their supervisor.
Produce court ready transcriptions of pertinent calls, chats, and documents, following the required format.
Responsible for using the various reference tools created during the project.
Ability to transcribe a minimum of 16 minutes of recorded conversation in an 8-hour day.
Operates specialized software equipment provided by the government to include JSI voice box, Pen-link, Comverse, and other communication collection equipment used at their assigned site.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Supervisor of Site Services Water Treatment, you will need a thorough understanding of water and wastewater treatment operations, process engineering, maintenance strategies, and laboratory procedures.
