As a dedicated Business Insurance Agent - Intermediate, you will work in an inbound sales environment advising business owners on insurance and risk management, using a full suite of Commercial Insurance Products to address each member and/or non-member's unique risk profile.

What you have:
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
1 year of insurance sales and service experience and/or experience working in a high value, commercial insurance agency or broker setting.

Job Duties:

Conducts Physical Searches, Fingerprinting, Human drug/alcohol testing, proper handling of evidence.
• Investigates matters relating to the proper conduct of racing and pari-mutuel wagering to include barring undesirables from racing, undercover investigations, fingerprinting persons to be licensed by the Department and reviewing license applications.
• Performs complex regulatory investigations of various entities and individuals applying for State Racing Licensure; Conducts background investigations that may include examination of DPS and FBI criminal history record information, open source research, and information from partnering law enforcement agencies and using third party background database's. Conducts inspections/investigations on OTB/wagering facilities.
• Lead field investigations, operations, or projects; participate in multi-agency investigations or assignments; and/or develop and interpret programs or policies which specifically require investigatory or law enforcement expertise. Responsible for completing detailed supplemental reports and other documentation necessary to support investigations.
• Acts as a temporary Special Agent in other areas of the Department (Certification, Investigations & Inspections, Machine Compliance, Event Wagering/Fantasy Sports, Intelligence) during non-racing season, as assigned. Scribe Pay Structure:
$13.85/hour - No scribe experience
$14.85/hour - 6+ months scribe experience
$16-20/hour - Lead scribe (1+ year scribe experience required)
+ $1/hour for fluent Spanish-speaking candidates
Summary of Position Description:The Scribe-X medical scribe is a critical member of the patient care team. Medical scribes will work side-by-side a healthcare provider to document patient encounters in real-time. Medical scribe training is provided to all scribes to assure they are prepared to support their assigned provider(s).
Duties of a Medical Scribe
Perform chart preparation per clinic protocol
Accompany the provider in all scheduled patient visits
Document the patient history, physical exam, procedures, and patient plan, as performed by the provider
Remind provider of relevant quality metrics when appropriate, documenting to support quality metrics
Enter laboratory and radiographic studies, as ordered by the provider
Enter in medication orders, as dictated by the provider
Document and print instructions for the patient
Review completed charts with the provider between patients or at the completion of shift
Update provider preference and clinic preference documents as necessary
Education and Skills
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
Healthcare track (e.g. pre-med, pre-PA, pre-nursing) is preferred
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred with a GPA of 3.00 or greater
If no college degree, 1+ years of full time work experience as a scribe
Most assignments require a typing speed of at least 60 WPM
