I think that the biggest "pros" of working for Northpointe is the opportunity to help members of our community. They offer "alright" wages for the area, certainly not anything substantial.
In my experience, as well as the experience of many others, this is an extremely toxic workplace. The assistant managers act like they are the CEO, and offer no support for their team. They have an extremely clicky environment, which almost feels like high-school. If you don't fit in with their click they will lie through their teeth to upper management and do everything in their power to get you to leave. This includes the assistant managers. Maybe try leading by example, rather than feeding their employees false information that contradicts with company policy and state laws.
There are no perks or benefits of working for Northpointe. The only positive aspect is the good you're doing for the members of our community. The company and management are extremely toxic behind the scenes.
There is nothing positive to be said about the leadership team here. They are absolutely atrocious.
Install surveillance cameras to keep an eye on your employees.
I prepared for their interview by dressing appropriately and gathering all of the appropriate documentation for their hiring process.
In my experience their compensation is well below the national average, but it is better than many other employers in our area.
Extremely prejudice environment. You're going to have a bad time here if you're a minority.
Helping the members of our community.
