Northwest Alabama Mental Health company history timeline
The Department of Health and Human Services awarded Capstone Rural Health a Section 330 grant as a Federally Qualified Health Center in 2007.
Within six months, Capstone Rural Health expanded services, to reduce the burden of medication costs for patients whether insured or uninsured, and opened Capstone Pharmacy, located inside the Capstone Nauvoo clinic, in February 2016.
Both opening on December 1, 2019!
In collaboration with long-time community partner Jasper Area Family Services Center, Capstone West Jasper opened April 2021.
