As a Case Manager RN you need to know how to:
Coordinate the care and services for patients identified as needing assistance or meeting Care Management criteria. Utilize criteria including clinical pathway data and implement strategies to resolve controllable variances.
Attend, facilitate and participate in rounds and case conferences. Advocate for patient rights. Monitor efficiency and availability of services and evaluate outcomes through variance tracking, data collection.
Identify needs, facilitate, or provide education to physicians and ancillary departments/nursing units regarding case management, discharge planning process, and roles. Participate in multidisciplinary groups and development of guidelines.

Be part of a groundbreaking national project! We're seeking experienced Dialysis RNs to join a high-impact team rolling out the cutting-edge 5008X dialysis machine in clinics across the U.S.
💡 Your Role
As a Travel Nurse Educator, you'll:
Deliver hands-on training to clinic staff (RNs, LPNs, Techs) on the 5008X machine
Travel in 3-week deployment cycles to different clinics nationwide
Provide on-site support during live treatments (no direct patient care)
Promote safe and effective machine use through collaboration and coaching

🧳 What You'll Need
Active RN license (multi-state highly preferred)
1+ year of dialysis RN experience (minimum 1 year in the past 3 years)
Current BLS certification
Willingness to travel full-time and lead hands-on training
💸 Compensation
Weeks 1-6 (Training Period)
$54/hour, travel stipends included if currently traveling. Varies by location
EXAMPLE Pay Package Week 7 and Beyond (Travel Assignments -- Pay Varies By Location)
Taxable Weekly Pay: $1,089 (W2)
Non-Taxable Weekly Stipends: $1,869
Total Weekly Pay: $2,958
