CLUES' OutpatientTherapist position provides direct mental health therapy and complementary mental health-related services to Spanish and English-speaking clients in an office setting, and possibly also in other settings such as schools and via telehealth, through a culturally and linguistically appropriate, trauma-informed, and client-centered approach.
CLUES' Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), Abriendo Caminos, will be providing immediate access to supportive, high-quality, culturally-responsive and integrated Behavioral Health services and pathways to wellness for Latine Communities, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. The CCBHC model provides CLUES with a model for sustainable Behavioral Health service provision, which translates to increased access to consistent care for wellness in Latine communities.

Schedule: Full-Time. Generally, Monday - Friday Office hours, with occasional evening hours to accommodate clients as needed.
Estimated Salary/Pay: $60,000.00 to $85,500.00 (depending on experience & qualifications).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Direct Mental Health Therapy Services and Program Development
Provide culturally responsive mental health therapy services to families, individuals, couples, and groups in English and Spanish in a variety of settings, including in the office, in schools, and via telehealth.
Consult with other staff and interns within Behavioral Health and other departments on mental health related topics. Attend and participate in clinical case consultation meetings and other client staff meetings.
Cultivate working relationships with potential service collaborators, partners, and other appropriate stakeholders.
Provide consultations and presentations to individuals and/or groups in the community, other professionals and organizations.
Conduct immigration-related assessments and produce accompanying documentation to support the immigration applications of CLUES clients.
Cultivate working relationships with CLUES staff within and across departments, to support one another's work, facilitate client referrals, and improve client flow throughout the agency.
Participate in care coordination with other providers who may be supporting clients in different capacities.
Contract and Program Compliance
Ensure goals for weekly billable client contact are met.
Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation per department standards and all requirements. Ensure client data is up to date to facilitate timely processing of service lines for billing purposes.
Adhere to contract expectations related to the provision of mental health therapy and related activities.
Respond to all internal & external data collection & reporting requests.
Participate in all internal and external activities required as stated in program contracts.
Assist in the delivery of contracts outcomes and relationships with contractor stakeholders.
General
Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA, agency policies and other applicable laws, regulations and ethical standards.
Contribute to the collaboration of the Behavioral Health department with other programs within CLUES to achieve service integration.
Participate in weekly supervision meetings, biweekly team/group meetings for Behavioral Health, "All Staff" meetings as scheduled, and other meetings as assigned.
Follow the code of ethics of the applicant's professional board.
Carry out all other duties as assigned by supervisor.

SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIPS
This position has no supervisory responsibilities. However, if a candidate has the appropriate licensure and experience, and a desire to supervise other providers, there may be opportunities to supervise. Supervisory responsibilities could be explored and negotiated with the Senior Director of Community Behavioral Health Clinics.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Education, Experience & Key Abilities
Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited university required.
Licensed as a social worker (LGSW or LICSW) or working toward clinical licensure as a marriage and family therapist (LAMFT/LMFT), professional counselor (LPC/LPCC), or psychologist (LP) in the State of Minnesota required. With clinical licensure, must be eligible to be credentialed with all major insurance companies.
Must have a deep understanding of Latine cultures, values, and traditions, and demonstrate cultural responsiveness in every aspect of the role, including communication with colleagues, staff, clients, community members; creating forms and documents; hiring and training staff; and in clinical supervision and consultation.
Language Skills
Effective communication in Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing, required.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written materials, including reports, contracts, and proposals.
Ability to effectively present ideas and information in an organized and effective manner, including writing reports.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and respond appropriately to questions from clients, co-workers, management and external parties.
Computer Skills
Proficient working knowledge of email software, the Internet, databases, and common Windows-based programs, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
Must be willing to attend training to advance technical skills and maintain appropriate skill levels to perform job duties.

· Monitor the residents regularly as per each resident's care plans.
· Responsible for knowledge and implementation of the resident's support plan.
· Remain current on resident's plans and observation notes completed by other staff.

· Plan and coordinate recreational/social activities.

· Develop weekly menus and shopping lists and do grocery shopping for the facility, encouraging participation by residents.
· Schedule resident appointments as needed and escort residents to their appointments.
· Plan holiday activities and special events.
· Prepare meals, serve, and clean up according to food safety standards.
· Assist in training new staff.
· Provided staff coverage and ensured the safety of the residents and the facility.
· Responsible for securing coverage of any missed shifts, planned or unplanned.
· Perform light house maintenance or request maintenance assistance as needed.
· Must be able to transport the residents in the community.
