The Working Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, actively participating in cleaning tasks, and ensuring staff performance meets company standards. This non-exempt position is full-time and reports directly to the Management Operations Manager.

Supervising field personnel, as well as working closely and collaboratively with Senior Managers and Executive staff both internally and externally.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Before any job duties are done in any store, you need to make sure you clock in and clock out in every store.
Ensure all employees are clocking in and out every day using the eHub (Timekeeping Portal).
Most importantly, if any position is missing personnel on any day, we need to work the store with the team.
Store working hours are required to be viewed throughout the day.
Ensure all personnel are in the store at the required hours.
Supervising all field personnel and providing a stimulating and supportive environment. Create a harmonious working environment while motivating team members to perform at a high level of proficiency.
Building stronger customer and team relationships while maintaining and increasing standards of customer service.
Retain and grow staff while driving team performance through training and development of staff.
Effectively Train All Employees in their full job responsibilities.

Take on all actions (s) necessary to maintain staffing needs, including but not limited to: advertising, training, scheduling, and providing disciplinary measures if/and when needed to all employees.
Complete, submit, and communicate all necessary forms, reports, or paperwork required in staffing, maintenance, and management of each job site location assigned.
Recruit for open positions by posting, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Coach, train, and appraise direct reports. Retain staff at each store to contribute to the company's goals and serve the customer with exceptional service.
Oversee the completion and timely submission of all new hire employee paperwork, including compliance-required documents, to the corporate office for processing
Oversee and maintain a safe and orderly work environment
Champion and model the company's values and code of conduct, and ethics. Ensure field personnel are following activities and behaviors that represent the company's policies and procedures.
Understand, anticipate, and shape Client expectations, holding a brand status.
Store Visits are mandatory every day. Every Supervisor needs to visit a minimum of 3 stores every day.
Need to follow up on the other stores every day if any issues arise until the visit is provided the next day.
Visit job sites regularly (Daily-Weekly-Weekends) to meet with our team and the Client (the customer)
Regularly communicate with store management on daily opportunities presented at each job site.
Verify completion of work assigned at each job site, taking all necessary action to ensure completion scope of work, work in-store to fulfill store and deliver brand daily.
Project Management - monitor project activities and ensure completion within the scheduled time and budget
Manage operational performance through utilizing Team Software (E-HUB), overtime, headcount, and other metrics
Perform site quality inspections using Client (SCOPES) standards
Provide document performance forms to management (Client SCOPES)
Communicate time-sensitive issues, including but not limited to work-related injuries, claims of discrimination, harassment, and other human resource matters, accordingly.
Maintain, ensure, and request all necessary supplies, chemicals, and equipment available and at each job location assigned.
Extensive travel to and from various job sites throughout the day, as well as overnight when needed.
Knows and follows all safety rules, procedures, and measures necessary to remain in compliance with OSHA requirements
Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts
Manage and maintain the purchase of supplies and equipment for the optimization of resources for each location
Attend daily, weekly, and quarterly planning and communication meetings
Communicate with the Client store facilitator and, Technician daily
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
