What You'll Do:
You will be responsible for inventory management, sourcing, ordering and distributing a wide variety of automotive parts, tires, tools and other supplies. This involves supporting the maintenance, mechanical service, and repair activities for all makes and models in our extensive car fleet. Additionally, you will handle the processing of purchase and repair orders, as well as invoices, ensuring smooth operations in our supply chain.

What We're Looking For:
Valid Driver's License
Knowledge of automotive parts and tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Word)
Willingness to work in a mechanical shop with moderate or loud noise level
Flexibility to work various shifts
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, continuously stand, walk, sit and kneel frequently, enter, exit and drive a variety of vehicles and type
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

The Parts Associate works directly with the customers to determine specialized product needs and services and provides price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments. The Parts Associate is a member of the sales team and works collaboratively with the service team to ensure a high level of customer service satisfaction.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Daily interaction with customers to promote specialized product needs and installations
+ Review each job for proper sizing, colors, placement, and prior to scheduling job for installation
+ Maintain and update prepayment logs and keep customers apprised of work progress
+ Schedule installation appointments with designated service staff members
+ Monitor daily parts traffic and receive parts for installations

**What You'll Need to Have for the Role:**
+ High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred

+ Knowledge of Service Department procedures and policies is preferred

**General Compensation Disclosure**
The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below. This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay. The variable compensation estimated annual range is $7,500 - $12,500.
**Pay Range:**
$16.20-$19.60 Hourly

The Parts Counterperson is a retail sales position that interacts with the Heavy-Duty Fleets, truck owners and repair shops. This position is responsible for assisting the customer to understand their parts needs, look up those parts and all associated needed components. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assists customers on the phone or in person in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. • Assists outside sales representatives with their orders, allowing them more time with customers. • Focuses on offering the right part the first time, accuracy is critical. • When a customer is in need the Counterperson will exhaust all resources to find the customer a part. • Offers all needed parts to the customer for the job they are performing. • Promotes flyer products, known specials and askes the customer how many they would like. • Call customer and notifies them when their parts orders arrive • Keeps a list of and Follows up on all back-ordered parts daily • Notifies the proper person when a needed part is not in stock to ensure stocking levels are correct. • May place emergency orders as needed with the approval of the Parts Manager. • Follows Company policy and procedure, ensures all invoices / orders / confirmations are approved and signed by the customer. • May be assigned a section of the showroom or parts storage area to keep clean, stocked and orderly. • Takes payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization. • Ensures all paperwork is documented • Solicits assigned accounts by phone. • Keeps all work areas clean, orderly and free or clutter • Other Duties as assigned by Supervisor
