Responsibilities: 1) Perform end-to-end payroll processes for designated payrolls, following checklist, including Time Sheet, Absence and Leave processing, adhering to all required audits and resolution authorization. Perform off-cycle adjustments as requested by manager; add to off-cycle spreadsheet. Ensure taxes for all payrolls and adjustments reconcile. 2) Perform inbound and outbound interfaces as well as related tasks for general deductions, adhering to schedules. Record related metrics for time elapse and volume counts for optimal system and personnel utilization. Perform other rotating and back-up duties. 3) Provide excellent customer service; respond promptly to all inquiries. Support users for Time Sheets, Payroll, Tax and Payroll Deduction inquiries.
