Respond to employee questions regarding pay, timecards, or deductions in a clear and helpful manner, providing excellent customer service. Handle payroll output by receiving the payroll package and distributing or mailing out paychecks/pay statements as needed in a timely manner. Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll information during this process. Utilize ADP's reporting tools to generate payroll reports and audits. Ensure proper documentation of payroll records and assist with any payroll-related reporting requirements or compliance checks. Identify and recommend improvements to payroll processes or tools. Work with Senior Director of Payroll to implement best practices that increase efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions. Attend and actively participates in supervision and staff meetings. Performs all duties in accordance with the agency's policies and procedures. Qualifications A.S. Degree and 3 years experience processing payroll with ADP Workforce Now (or a similar HRIS/payroll system). Experience with ADP Enhanced Time and Attendance is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools, with the ability to import/export data between Excel and ADP. Comfortable with general computer applications and capable of learning new software quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to clearly and professionally communicate with employees at all levels of the organization and with external contacts as needed. High level of organization and attention to detail is critical.
