Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Work with internal partners to gather sales payroll information to prepare and approve payroll according to established deadlines.
Calculate and maintain sales payroll Excel file to accurately track commission, draw, and draw repayment payments.
Prepare and post payroll reports to accounting with each payroll cycle.
Assist with HR-related internal and external audits.
Reconcile Medical / Dental / Vision / Life invoices and prepare check requests to ensure timely payment to carriers.
Monitor all carrier EDI feeds on a monthly basis to ensure elected benefits have been posted to carrier portals.
Prepare all onboarding materials, process background checks, and conduct new hire orientations on a weekly basis.
Handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
Education and Experience:
Associate degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of payroll and benefits experience.
Proficiency in Outlook
Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, V-lookup, advanced formulas)
Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Ability to provide excellent customer service.

The Senior Payroll Specialist plays a critical role in delivering end-to-end, multi-state and multi-entity payroll services at Epiphany Dermatology, ensuring every payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with payroll taxes, deductions, garnishments, reconciliations, and reporting, along with a strong commitment to operational excellence, continuous process improvement, and the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

What you'll do:
Execute end-to-end biweekly payroll cycles including gross-to-net, adjustments, and off-cycle runs for geographically dispersed team members.
Act as a subject matter expert for payroll related questions, policies, and regulations.
Maintain payroll records, file required tax reports, and process levies, garnishments, and other payroll deductions.
Maintain accurate employee and payroll data within ADP (payroll/HRIS system) and other internal databases.
Process employment and income verification requests.
Participate in annual 401(k) compliance audits.
Respond to payroll-related inquiries and redirect them to appropriate team members when needed.
Prepare, review, and submit reports as needed.
Assist with new company set ups in ADP including payroll configuration and tax setup.
Develop and maintain updates to Payroll Policies and Procedures.
Support the effective utilization of the payroll system (ADP) and the execution of payroll-related initiatives.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, human resources, or related field, preferred.
High School Diploma required.
Extensive experience in payrolladministration (3-5+ years).
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now.
Knowledgeable of administrative practices and procedures as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to payrolladministration.
CPP certification, preferred.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and computer data entry.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Administrative office may have minimum visits to medical offices with possible exposure to procedure/exam room and laboratory environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, biohazards or toxic substances. Daily activities may include standing, walking, sitting, bending and lifting items up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities
• Oversee weekly payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Review and approve payroll calculations including wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
