Minimum 2 years of ADP Global View experience in an operational\/pay administration role (not project consulting)
Experience processing multi\-state payroll
UKG Timekeeping administration experience for payroll processing (REQUIRED)
Time and Attendance experience, including Alight Leave of Absence (LOA)
Payroll and Benefits Specialist experience
PayrollAdministration experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Familiarity with analytical techniques and data interpretation.

The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for accurately processing and managing the hotel's payroll operations using ADP, while also assisting with general Human Resources administrative functions. Key Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule through ADP for all hotel employees.

Manage payroll adjustments, bonuses, deductions, and benefits contributions in accordance with company policies.
