Responsibilities Processes payroll, including: * Administer and process multiple payrolls (weekly and bi-weekly) for a workforce of about 1000 employees using UKG software.• Reviews and/or audits payroll input and output to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions including timecard balancing, pay changes, incentives, commissions, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other imputed transactions.• Reviews and processes employee self-service change requests to direct deposit and tax withholdings• Prepares, audits, archives payroll processing reports and supporting documentation of payroll transactions.• Reconcile benefit payments and ensure accurate deductions and contributions for various employee benefits.• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payroll operations and enhance efficiency.• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations across 33 states.
