+ Work from drawings, process sheets, specifications, standard procedures, instructions.

+ Perform bearing releasing operations.
+ Select speeds, feeds, and set tooling on machines.
+ Monitor machines and make adjustments as necessary to ensure parts meet production standards.
+ Change grinding wheels and diamond tool points when required.
+ Run first piece to ensure standards are met and obtain department approval for production run.
+ Maintain inspection department initial calibration of gauging using masters and gauging blocks.
+ Sharpen tooling.
+ Operate one or more machines simultaneously.
+ Use precision measuring instruments, master gauges, gauging
+ blocks, dressing, and hand tools.
+ Move materials as necessary in the performance of duties.
+ Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials and unusual conditions to supervision.
+ Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
+ Follow all safety and security practices.

Available Shifts:
· 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
· 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm
