We are currently looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to play a pivotal role in helping to support excellent customer service, customer retention and new customer acquisition. As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will serve as a main point of contact for our customers by handling inbound and outbound sales and service related calls which involve resolving issues, determining customer needs, offering appropriate products and services, closing sales and maintaining accurate customer records.
Responsibilities
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls ensuring customer service quality, efficiency, and accuracy at all times
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Suburban Propane products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service
• Utilize a proactive sales approach with every customer interaction to uncover additional sales and service opportunities
• Present a professional, confident and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers
• Effectively manage customer account data which includes setting up new accounts and maintaining related data
**This is a part-time position offering approximately 29 hours per week.**

Responsibilities
Maintain a valid NY driver's license, minimum of a Class D.
Responsible for the safe and timely pickup and delivery of all persons assigned to designated routes as a bus driver. Adheres to routes and operates vehicle(s) in a manner which assures passenger safety.
Responds to individual needs of passengers and report any issues to a supervisor. Utilizes two-way radio to contact base when necessary.
Provides supervision and assists passengers during loading and unloading of vehicle at designated stops. Demonstrates safe and correct use of wheelchair lifts, seat belts, Q-Straints, etc. Demonstrates proper lifting techniques when transferring passengers from a wheel chair to a seat, during emergencies, and when lifting equipment (walkers, coolers, backpacks, etc.) into a bus.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
HS diploma/GED preferred and one year of experience or an equivalent amount of education and experience.
No moving violations for 12 Months prior to hire
Valid NYS class D driver's license

13. Clean and sanitize Fitness Room equipment.
14. Collect recycling
15. Report items that are in need of repair (doors, furniture, lights toilets, etc.), and conditions that present a hazard to the College community and its visitors.
16. Use cleaning products as instructed according to the manufacturer's instructions.
17. Use personal protective equipment as required by product instructions, OSHA
and any other regulatory agency requirements, or as instructed by supervisory
personnel.
18. Other duties as assigned.
