Performance Equity Management CEO and leadership

Mr. deKlerk is the Chief Operating Officer of Performance Equity. Prior to joining Performance Equity, Mr. deKlerk was the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Vice President of General Motors Investment Management (GMIMCo). He previously served General Motors Investment Management as the director of investment, accounting, trade and plan sponsor operations. Prior to joining General Motors Investment Management in 1999, Mr. deKlerk worked for GE Investments Corporation in a variety of capacities, including as a Structured Equities Program Trader, Manager of Trading Operations, Regulatory Analyst and Mutual Fund Analyst. He attained a GE Master Black Belt and introduced Six Sigma quality control at GE Investments Corporation. He began his career in the financial services sector with State Street Bank & Trust. Mr. deKlerk received his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Christopher Millin is the Controller at Performance Equity. Prior to joining Performance Equity, Mr. Millin was a Vice President at Bank of America in Corporate Risk. Prior to joining Bank of America in 2003, Mr. Millin was a Manager in the Enterprise Risk Services group at Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Prior to 2000, Mr. Millin was a Business Analyst at The NASDAQ Stock Market, and prior to 1998 he was a Management Associate with Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. Mr. Millin received his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and his MBA from Fordham University.
