If the licensing or certifying agency issues a determination that an applicant or employee is not disqualified from employment or if there is no criminal history on an applicant or employee, the service provider may employ the applicant or continue the employment of the employee. Right at Home will pay for these background checks as long as it clears, and the employee remains employed for the company for a minimum of 90 days. If the employee does not pass the background check (at any time), the employee quits at will or is terminated within 90 days of employment or if employee does not give a proper 2-week notice at end of employment, the employee will be responsible for the fee. The fee will be deducted from employee's final paycheck or debited from account on record. We do adhere to the federal and state Department of Labor standards; a final paycheck will not fall below minimum wage.
