Your dedication will help create a safe, warm, and nurturing environment where residents feel valued, supported, and at home. Primary Responsibilities: • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. • Help residents with mobility, including transferring them from beds to chairs, assisting with walking, and using mobility aids. • Assist with meal preparation, serving, and feeding, ensuring residents receive proper nutrition and hydration according to their dietary needs and preferences. • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, engaging in conversation, recreational activities, and social interactions. • Help residents maintain a clean and organized living environment, including making beds, tidying rooms, and doing light housekeeping tasks. • Escort residents to appointments, activities, and outings as needed. • Follow established care plans and protocols for each resident, ensuring individualized care and attention. ✅ What You'll Need: • Must be 18 years of age or older • Previous experience in a healthcare setting and caregiver role, preferred. • Position requires the ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 35 pounds without assistance. • Previous working knowledge of Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR) system, preferred.
