Mr. Challa began his career as a staff engineer working on military family housing projects in Germany and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and in less than two years, he became the project manager on that account.

Ray Greer is chief executive officer of Omnitracs, and has been a well-respected leader in the transportation and logistics industry for many years. Prior to his current role, Ray was president of BNSF Logistics, subsidiary of Burlington Northern Santa Fe, a Berkshire Hathaway company. In addition, Ray has held leadership roles at Greatwide Logistics Services, Newgistics, Ryder Integrated Logistics, and FedEx. Ray received his BS degree in Mathematics from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City and holds a Masters of Science in Information Systems and Telecommunications from Christian Brothers University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of DCT Industrial Trust, and LifeVantage.
