Education/Credentials: Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy without restrictions in State of Arkansas. Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible for a Specialty, preferably Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Hospice and Palliative Medicine or Geriatric board certification desirable.
