We offer cutting-edge facilities and opportunities to provide botulinum toxin and phenol injections, intrathecal baclofen pumps, trigger-point injections, EMGs, MSK ultrasound and other procedures as part of your diagnostic and therapeutic paradigm. We have TBI, stroke and general rehab CARF-approved programs.
Successful candidates will have interest or experience in inpatient physiatry with additional experience/expertise in brain injury or spinal cord injury being a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate diagnoses, and implement treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure continuity of care
Provide culturally competent care to a diverse patient population
Educate patients on health conditions, preventive care, and treatment options
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the electronic health record (EHR)
Contribute to departmental quality measures and clinical outcomes

Required Qualifications
