You are:
A Performance-driven Contributor who can effectively troubleshoot, repair, or diagnose complex mechanical or electrical issues on industrial equipment. You will:
* Perform complex mechanical and electronic repairs of conveyor machines, PLC systems, and other industrial types of electromechanical production equipment (Mail Sorters/ Printers)
* Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations on industrial machinery including belt/pulley systems, hydraulic and pneumatic components, motors, photo-eyes, relays, drive assemblies, limit switches, proximity sensors, and solenoids.
* Complete preventative maintenance according to industry quality standards
* Respond to equipment break down or emergency situations
* Utilize inventory, pm schedule, and work order systems to effectively reduce downtime
* Maintain the spare parts/supply inventory utilizing EAM
* Evaluate and assess equipment problems by troubleshooting and completing repairs in a timely manner
* Utilize a tablet to track assigned work and machine downtime as well as inventory used in repair
* Perform all additional duties as required
Your background:
As an Onsite Industrial Maintenance Technician III, you have:
* 2-6 years direct experience troubleshooting and repairing complex industrial mechanical equipment
* Strong familiarity servicing conveyer machines, PLC systems, and other industrial types of electromechanical production equipment
* Experience using a multi-meter or any other type of electronic testing equipment
* Ability to read and interpret schematics, charts, service manuals and parts diagram
* Familiarity with Windows PC environment as it pertains to the operation of automated equipment
* Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot equipment problems, read schematics, establish priorities, and work under deadline pressures

**Overview:**
The Vice President, Sales Compensation is responsible for the strategy, design, governance, and execution of Xerox's global sales compensation programs across all businesses and geographies. This leader will play a critical role in supporting Xerox's evolving go-to-market (GTM) model, the ongoing integration of Lexmark, and the company's shift toward a services-led, AI-enabled business.

**What You'll Do:**
+ Lead the design and governance of global sales compensation programs that align with Xerox's GTM strategy, financial goals, and operational priorities.
+ Develop modeling, scenario analyses, and recommendations to senior leadership, providing clear trade-offs and implications.
+ Serve as the primary advisor on sales compensation strategy for executive leadership.
+ Provide enterprise-wide leadership on the design, governance, and ongoing refinement of incentive programs across all geographies and business units.

+ Maintain awareness of legislative, regulatory, and compliance requirements impacting sales compensation.
+ Partner closely with Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and regional leadership to ensure consistent understanding, adoption, and execution of compensation programs.
+ Navigate complex stakeholder needs and drive alignment across diverse perspectives.
+ Act as a connector and facilitator, ensuring transparency and governance across all program decisions.
+ Work closely with IT to design, optimize, and modernize technology, data, and tooling that support the full sales compensation cycle.
+ Assess and recommend improvements to current systems (SAP, analytics platforms, reporting tools).
+ Strengthen processes for quota-setting, crediting, reporting, stack ranking, performance insights, and payout calculations.
+ Manage vendor and partner relationships, including outsourced teams (e.g., TCS), ensuring quality and performance against SLAs.
+ Leverage data to evaluate program effectiveness, sales behavior, attainment, sales cost, ROI, and financial impact.
+ Partner with Finance and Data Analytics to develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports for Sales and executive leadership.
+ Provide insights that support quota methodology, performance management, and GTM decisions.
+ Provide leadership and direction to the global sales compensation team, setting clear objectives, expectations, timelines, and performance standards.
+ Serve as a player-coach, directly engaging in complex analyses and design work while developing and elevating the capabilities of the team.
+ Determine staffing needs, oversee recruiting and hiring, and ensure effective onboarding, training, and professional development.

**What You Need to Succeed:**
+ 10-12+ years in Sales Compensation, Total Rewards, or related fields, with deep expertise in incentive plan design and modeling.

Job Description
Reporting to the Sr. Account Director - Software Sales, this Sr. Account Manager will be responsible for selling Motorola's industry-leading incident management software to new customers and to our existing physical security customer base. This is a role responsible for capturing new business within Emergency Management departments within the Healthcare Vertical. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing sales to ensure software sales growth.
This position will be responsible but not limited to the following:
Design, build and execute a comprehensive business plan for incident management software
Utilize CRM to build and maintain a strategic account plan identifying key players for each assigned account
Deliver a business revenue forecast on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Self-starter that is able to penetrate new accounts
Assist with the creation and execution of marketing plans, including marketing campaigns, tradeshow events, sales tools and web resources, social media and customer interactions as approved
Develop and maintain meaningful relationships that are relevant to safety, physical security and surveillance and have the possibility of generating opportunities for Motorola Solutions and to include trade associations, affinity groups etc.
Work with North American Sales Team on identifying key partners, integrators, and customers; equipping team with resources to quickly and effectively engage contacts in a manner that will result in Motorola Solutions differentiation and subject matter expertise that will help close deals
Specific Knowledge & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
5+ years of experience in a professional sales role, preferably experience with SaaS based solutions sales experience
Experience selling into Healthcare, Emergency Management, or Oil and Gas industries
Ability to contribute to the North America Video Security & Access Control team in developing and executing an effective take to market sales strategy
Strong operational & technical acumen and ability to speak towards our products and solutions
Skilled at uncovering and understanding complex business problems

As a SLED Client Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with SLED agencies and departments. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and delivering IT solutions tailored to meet SLED clients' needs.
**This position must be based in either Arizona or Colorado.**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the SLED market.
+ Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and procurement officers in SLED agencies.
+ Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
+ Proposal Management: Collaborate with internal teams to respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
+ Market Expertise: Stay informed about federal procurement processes, regulations, and trends in government IT spending.
+ Product Knowledge: Present Xerox portfolio of IT solutions, including managed services, hardware, software, and cloud technologies, to SLED clients.
+ Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of opportunities, forecasts, and activities in the CRM system.
+ Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with SLED contracting rules and regulations.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, contract managers, and marketing to deliver customized solutions for clients.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years of sales experience in the federal government sector.
+ Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
+ Familiarity with SLED procurement processes.
+ Strong understanding of IT products and services, including cloud, hardware, and managed services.
+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
+ Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
**Preferred**
+ Established relationships with federal agencies and system integrators.
+ Experience working with or selling through government contracting vehicles.
+ Knowledge of SLED IT initiatives and policies.
