Lutheran Social Services (LSS) - Exodus House is located in Hudson, Wisconsin. With support from our counselors and supervisor, our Adult Residential Support Professionals perform work involving the care, services, and treatment of clients seeking services in Addictions and Restorative Justice (ARJ) facilities (Substance Use Disorder and/or criminogenic risk/needs/responsivity factors). This is a continuous posting in anticipation of future full-time (40 hours/week), benefit eligible opportunities on 1st shift. Promote and coordinate usage of existing resources in response to field trip inquiries from homeschool groups, scouting groups, camp and church groups, or any other multi-age groups requesting a field trip experience. Collaborate with the Education team to develop new resources as needed. (Fall/Winter/Spring) Support adult tours booked through the Event & Hospitality Coordinator. Support Public Programming events at openings, community events, ExAIR residencies, and member events. Maintain knowledge of current Arts Center exhibitions and Art Preserve collections, and attend weekly Public Programming meetings. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Interest in learning about artist-built environments, folk art, and contemporary art Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Ability to respond to common inquiries and accept feedback. Excellent communication and time management. Qualifications: At least 1 year of administrative experience and 2 years of working with children required. Supervisory experience is helpful. Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's degree in arts management, museum studies, communications, performing or visual arts, or education preferred. K-12 teaching certificate and experience are highly desired. Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Hmong highly desired.
