Jared provides oversight of major operations associated with Cambia's Blue-branded health insurance subsidiaries across four states. This includes Customer Service, Claims Administration, Group and Individual Enrollment, Government Programs and the Federal Employee Program, Account Management, Insurance Product Development, eProducts and Services, Regence market presidents, Health Care Services and the Regence subsidiaries of Healthcare Administrators Inc., and Asuris Northwest Health. Jared was named President of Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon in 2009 and was responsible for Oregon sales, provider contracting and government and community relations. He came to that position after serving as chief marketing and underwriting officer at BlueCross BlueShield of Montana. He first joined the company in 2000 as a Financial Analyst. He also managed corporate research and reporting, was Assistant Director of Business Intelligence and led the company's consumer-directed health systems. Jared is on the board of directors for the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Federal Employee Plan and for TriWest Healthcare Alliance. He serves on the board of directors for Trillium Family Services, the Oregon Zoo, the Portland Metropolitan area Boys & Girls Clubs and the Oregon Business Association, and serves on the Oregon Health Improvement Plan Committee. Jared received his Bachelor of Science degree from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Lee has lead the transition and management of hundreds of business contracts to success. STGi's growth and success demonstrates STGi’s ability to rapidly adapt to new environments and responsibilities, to operate from a global perspective, and to integrate divergent concepts that result in creative solutions. Her expertise in building the management team to focus on recruiting, retaining, and motivating superior talent for optimum performance has also served as one of the key attributes to the company’s significant growth. Ms. Lee places special emphasis on fostering an environment for success through her dedication to empowering her management team. Ms. Lee actively supports professional, academic and civic organizations, serving on numerous executive boards. Ms. Lee holds a Master of Science degree in Library and Information Sciences from Texas Woman's University.

Clint Drawdy is responsible for the vision, strategic direction, market engagement and leading the culture/values for the organization. He is dedicated to creating meaningful work for iMethods employees, enabling them to succeed both at work and in their personal lives. A recognized leader in the recruiting industry since 1995, Clint has helped to grow people and profits in a series of progressively responsible leadership positions in the healthcare, banking, automotive, engineering, and IT industries. Clint holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities from Florida State University and was also a graduate from the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO)/MIT Entrepreneurial Master’s Program. Clint Drawdy and his wife Jennifer are active in their church and homeschool their four children. The whole family shares a love of travel, camping and many other outdoor activities available in beautiful Northeast Florida. They have been blessed to have travelled to all 48 contiguous United States together. Clint also loves music, history and culture. He is active in his community and currently serves on the Baptist Medical Center South Board of Directors as the Chairman. He has also been an active member of the Rotary Club of Deerwood for many years. One of his proudest achievements has been serving as a youth sports coach for both recreational leagues and with high schoolers as an assistant football coach.
