Empty trash containers regularly and maintain a clean work area by sweeping and mopping as needed. Perform additional cleaning duties and clean food prep stations and equipment as requested. Control and direct the food preparation process while collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service. Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest. Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a kitchen environment preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and with a kitchen team, dividing responsibilities and monitoring staff. Credentials in health and safety training. Certification that meets local requirements.
