Prior to ProcessMAP, Jagan worked for Sapient, a global IT services company headquartered in Boston. During his tenure at Sapient, Jagan was involved in developing IT system for Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, DLJ, and Transamerica Insurance.

Frank J. Squeri

Chief Financial Officer

Frank J Squerri is a seasoned financial professional with more than 30 years of experience and a particular focus on facilitating and driving growth and innovation for cutting-edge software and technology companies. He is skilled in leading corporate transformation through profitable M&A, improved risk management, internal controls, financial planning and analysis, contract negotiations, banking, and investor relations.

Frank has hands-on experience with GAAP, IFRS, domestic and international tax matters. Prior to joining ProcessMAP, he operated as the CFO for XAPT Corporation, Imagine Software, and Pritchard Industries Inc. Frank J Squerri has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Public Accounting from the City University of New York. He is a New York state Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

At ProcessMAP, Frank J Squerri is responsible for the financial, administrative and risk management operations of the company. He oversees the development of operational and financial strategies and administers the development of internal controls designed to report accurate financial results and preserve company assets.

Prior to Semtor, Harold served as a board member and Executive Vice President of Business Development and part of the team that launched the very successful IPO for a technology-consulting company, Proxicom.

Harold R. Gubnitsky

Harold also served as a Vice President and practice leader at Cambridge Technology Partners, the first publicly traded Strategy and IT consulting service company. Harold started his career and spent several years as part of the management team of Accenture/Andersen Consulting, leading teams to deploy advanced technology business solutions across a number of industry sectors.
