Your Work
In this role, you will:
Drive AI forward vision and strategy by developing and championing a bold product vision, driving solutions that leverage AI across all stages of the product lifecycle, and partner closely with AI-forward engineering and operations teams to create transformative products for the health plan ecosystem

Your Knowledge and Experience
Requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Health, or Information Technology
Requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, Technology Strategy or Entrepreneurship, including 6 years of management experience gained as a team leader, supervisor or project/program manager
Requires deep domain expertise in the U.S. core health plan ecosystem is required, with an understanding of the complexities of areas like claims, benefits, enrollment, or provider networks and are passionate about creating change

Leadership and GTM
Guide the Part-Time PM: Work in partnership with the existing Product Manager to ensure tactical execution, including the launch of the Whissle App v1 and successful paid pilot programs.
Market Leadership: Analyze competitor activities (e.g., turn-based systems like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) and use these insights to solidify Whissle's differentiated market positioning.
Qualifications
10+ Years of Product Leadership experience, with a proven track record of bringing highly technical B2B/Enterprise products to market.
Deep Technical Expertise in AI/ML, particularly in the areas of speech, language processing, signal processing, or multi-modal AI.
Exceptional Strategic Planning skills, with prior experience scaling a product which needs real-time intelligence, broad technology skills and experience.
Strong Business Acumen in SaaS, enterprise licensing, and API revenue models.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's or PhD is a strong plus (especially given the team's academic background).
Experience with building startups will be preferred

In this role, you will:
Create workpapers from tax documents to help train our algorithms. Ensure accurate and structured data extraction from tax documents, leveraging your tax expertise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automated solutions for the ingestion of tax documents.
Work closely with tax professionals to understand their needs and challenges, providing technical solutions to enhance their workflow.
Assist our engineers with understanding the details around tax and help to continue our team's understanding of the space.
Contribute to the development and improvement of tools that streamline tax processes and increase efficiency.
Some specifics
3-5 years of total professional experience with at least one year in a Senior Tax role.
Previous employment at a top 10 accounting firm.
Proven expertise in tax, with a focus on at least one of the following areas: financial service organizations (FSO), asset management, wealth management, real estate funds, funds of funds, or private equity.
Solid understanding of tax document structures and the ability to design automated solutions for data extraction.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
