JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for all operational aspects of marketing & call campaigns, special events, partnership, and loyalty programs. Oversee the booking process for agents, partners and guests, communication, and execution of campaigns onboard. This role will handle CRM optimization, accounting for revenue and cost, and set up systems to allow for forecasting and reporting.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the optimal execution of marketing campaigns by implementing all system processes that will set up the reservation team with an executable booking process and deliver what is promised to guests on board.
Streamline the agent booking process and reduce talk time by enhancing system driven rules and automations.
Assess and implement processes, enhancements, and projects with regard to the execution of all campaigns, promotions, and programs.
Liaise with key stakeholders, including but not limited to casino marketing, analytics, reservations, onboard, accounting, finance, systems (Seaware, Seaweb) and/or Salesforce to ensure alignment regarding current and future developments.
Manage Salesforce and Seaware projects for the creation, issuance, and redemption of casino offers and programs.
Manage booking rules for culmination of all casino marketing events and campaigns.
Own development and provide vision for new system enhancements, promotions, and corrections with IT.
Liaise with the Business Intelligence team to create and/or update existing booking and financial reports.
Collaborate with special project teams to ensure casino is accounted for in company-wide initiatives.
Manage system testing for upgrades/hot fixes/enhancements (e.g. Versonix, Salesforce, Freestyle).
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Business Administration, Accounting, Hospitality, or related field of study.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 years' experience in call center operations, IT project management, hospitality, marketing or related role.
Experience with database systems and developing strategies to engage customer base.
2 years' prior supervisory experience preferred, leading an operations team.
Previous cruise and/or casino experience preferred.

Responsible for the maintenance of any software programs which contribute to the management of room's revenue, including PERFORM, RBI and Delphi/Profit Pack or any other Group Sales System.
Establish hotel pricing levels in all segments.
Monitor competitor strategies and data; maintain understanding of the dynamics of the local market and demand generators and present appropriate action plans to management. Monitor and communicate fluctuations in occupancy to operational departments so they can effectively manage staffing requirements and increase efficiency.

Responsible for the daily room inventory management process. Actively monitor group blocks to determine rooms availability for sale.
RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS
Work closely with the Sales & Rooms divisions to ensure their departmental objectives and responsibilities to The Hotel Management Group are met without having a negative impact on total rooms revenue management. This is with special attention to Corporate Marketing Programs, Special Promotions, and PCR customers, Local Volume Accounts, Corporate Negotiated Accounts and Towers Operations.
Prepare quarterly presentations or reports for the Revenue Management toward the goals of the five-year forecast. Include a detailed analysis on The Impact of Group Bookings, Adjustments to the current Year Forecast, and Analysis of Variances.
Conduct a weekly Revenue Management Meeting where the current 120-day booking period is evaluated for proper rate and availability control. As chairperson, the Revenue Manager gives a synopsis of results vs. decision form the previous week and leads discussion on future issues.
Prepare all reports and analyses necessary to conduct the above-stated meeting.
Receive all revisions to definite and tentative group bookings to prepare revised analysis as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications
3+ years of revenue management experience in hospitality (hotel and/or vacation rental portfolio).
Proven track record improving ADR/RevPAR and profitability through pricing, forecasting, and channel strategy.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear actions and recommendations.
Comfortable managing competing priorities across multiple properties in a fast-moving environment.
Clear, confident communicator who can partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations and hold the line on strategy.
Experience reviewing and pricing group business (displacement analysis, rate setting, block strategy).
Experience building annual budgets and producing rolling 90-day forecasts with variance explanations.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and/or Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup).
Proficient in PMS and channel distribution tools; able to build/maintain rate plans, restrictions, and inventory rules.
Working knowledge of revenue management systems (RMS) and reporting/dashboard tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
Strong understanding of OTA extranets and distribution fundamentals (rate parity, merchandising, channel costs).
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
Experience with both vacation rentals and hotels, including multi-property portfolio pricing and channel strategy.
Pre-opening revenue experience (comp set build, positioning, rate architecture, distribution setup) for a luxury hotel.
Advanced analytics/reporting skills (SQL, Power BI/Tableau/Looker, automation in Sheets/Excel) to scale insights quickly.
Familiarity with Miami/Miami Beach market dynamics, major event calendars, and luxury segment pricing behavior.
Physical Demands
Requires the ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive motion tasks using a computer, keyboard, mouse, and phone.
Requires close visual attention for analyzing data and viewing screens for prolonged periods.
