The Internal Tools Development Intern will support our Software Support Department by helping them design and develop internal tools to track and manage a variety of customer support-related metrics. The ideal candidate will have a combination of an interest in working with software, a passion for education and student success, and an appreciation for working with customers. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain internal software tools that enhance team efficiency. Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose solutions. Providing creative ideas and cost saving ideas to improve product design. Work with manufacturing personnel, both internal and external to improve design details Review existing designs and templates for accuracy. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a junior college with an above average grade point & a drive for a career in Agriculture. Credentials including being a self-starter with good time management, planning & organizational skills, team oriented and commitment to detail recommended. Must be able to lift 70lbs.
