Position Summary
The Acquisitions & Development Intern will report to the CEO and assist the Director of Acquisitions. There will be one position in in both of our Minneapolis and Atlanta offices.
Responsibilities
Assist in underwriting of acquisition and development opportunities for affordable multi-family housing
Present analyses findings to Founding Principal and CEO
Prepare external financing requests and applications
Analyze existing due diligence materials and summarize opportunities and concerns
Research subject property, surrounding community and competition for trends
Coordinate and complete due diligence items for lenders and investors
Assist in construction and asset management processes
Be in person in office everyday when not travelling
Occasional travel for site visits
Qualifications
Pursuing or recent graduate of a four year Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting
Previous real estate, finance or accounting experience as intern or entry level position
Experience creating and developing financial underwriting models in excel
Curiosity, drive and logic are main personality traits
Answer the phone when it rings
Comfortable discussing issues and questions in person or over the phone
Researches possible solutions prior to asking questions

The Student Surgical Technologist Intern provides direct and indirect patient care under the direct supervision of a registered nurse in the appropriate setting across the continuum of care. They communicate with the surgical staff about instrumentation, surgical procedures, and sterility. The student surgical technologist intern is able to scrub alongside a certified surgical technologist. This experience is intended for students who will graduate from a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited surgical technology program within the next academic year. The Association of Surgical Technologists (AST) responsibilities and Code of Ethics provide a basis for practice.
Summer ST Experience (June 1 - August 7, 2026)

Apply the principles of aseptic technique while in the sterile role.
Further develop the practical skills required to work as a competent surgical technologist in the perioperative environment.
Attain the professional skills of interpersonal communication with all patients and interdisciplinary health care team members.

Qualifications:
Student must be in good standing in a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited surgical technology program, having completed a minimum of one-semester of surgical technology program curriculum. Student must possess basic knowledge and hands-on skills related to aseptic surgical techniques used in the preparation of instrumentation, supplies, and equipment for various surgical procedures. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from American Red Cross or American Heart Association and must not expire during internship.
Candidates must be able to work from June 1, 2026, through August 7, 2026.
Additional Qualifications:
Strong preference for at least 100 clinical hours by internship start date. Adapts to unpredictable situations within the perioperative setting. Proven ability to communicate with a variety of people in a direct, empathetic, and articulate manner. Comprehensive understanding of surgical processes and procedures preferred.

About the Program Externships are available to veterinary students in any year of school. Scheduling priority will be given to 4th year students. Student externs gain broad experience working in the Emergency department of a busy emergency/referral setting. Externs work in the ER department primarily unless a specialty focus is prearranged.
Externs shadow veterinary technicians, veterinary interns and emergency and critical care staff veterinarians. Externs are expected to be interactive with the staff, attend technician and DVM rounds when available, proactively discuss cases, and actively contribute to the general workload as appropriate. Hands on experiences are dependent on the individual, caseload and supervising veterinarians.
Availability permitting, externs can gain exposure to additional specialties during their externship.

We currently offer opportunities at our Waukesha location in Wisconsin.
Program Schedule
Veterinary student externships are generally a 2-week block, although 1-4 weeks are also an option.
Externs work 8-12hr shifts. There are multiple shifts available, mostly swing and 2nd shift. The variability is to minimize overlap when more than 1 student is on during that week. WVRC has multiple DVMs and interns on, and our caseload is high enough to support all extern shifts.
About You
Applicants must be students of accredited domestic or international veterinary schools, pursuing a DVM, VMD or foreign equivalent. First, second and third-year veterinary students who are interested in emergency/critical care are encouraged to apply.

The Position
The Summer Intern, Mechanistic Pharmacology - Cellular Trafficking & Assay Development will support discovery research efforts within Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals by contributing to ongoing studies focused on RNAi-based therapeutics. Responsibilities
Complete onboarding activities including shadowing team members, skill assessments, learning core laboratory techniques, and reviewing foundational scientific background.
Execute one of two predefined research projects within the Mechanistic Pharmacology group.
Perform experiments to interrogate constraints on TRiM platform efficacy using techniques such as
mammalian cell culture
dose-response curve generation,

The Surgical Technologist provides safe and efficient care to the surgical patient under the supervision of the registered nurse (RN) and in collaboration with the surgeon. The Computational Discovery Chemistry Intern will join Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals' Discovery Research organization and play an active role in contributing to the expansion of data infrastructure and computational tools within the Computational Chemistry Core. This this role will focus on database development, data analysis, and coding of new tools that support in-silico drug design and AI/ML-driven discovery efforts. The intern will work under the guidance of senior scientists and computational leaders, gaining exposure to applied data science, bioinformatics, and machine learning within a pharmaceutical research environment.
This is an 11-week Summer InternshipProgram paying $21.00 per hour and requires full-time, onsite work five days per week at the designated location.
Responsibilities
Expand and maintain databases supporting computational chemistry and discovery research initiatives.
Program new tools for automated data extraction to support both new and existing databases.
Develop tools for quality control (QC) analysis of biological efficacy data and apply them to collected datasets.
Create tools for streamlined processing of in-silico-generated data.
Contribute to ongoing discovery efforts, including:
Development of generative AI / machine learning models for physicochemical and structural prediction of drug molecules.
Development of models integrating biological, bioinformatic, and in-silico calculated data.
Assist with data analysis, visualization, and interpretation to support applied drug discovery efforts.
Collaborate with computational chemists, data scientists, and discovery stakeholders.
Present project updates in weekly group meetings.
Prepare final deliverables, including a scientific poster and a ~20-minute presentation summarizing project objectives, results, and learning.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program at an accredited university or college and majoring in computer science or a related field.
Basic command-line experience (Bash/Shell) in Unix and/or Linux environments.
Experience coding in Python (preferred), or demonstrated proficiency in Julia, JavaScript/TypeScript, or R.
Experience with relational databases and query languages such as SQL.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort presenting in group settings.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Willingness and ability to spend 25% of the workday walking the facility and 75% at a desk.
Preferred:
Exposure to applied bioinformatics, including HTC/HPC environments and/or HT-seq analysis.
Interest in AI/ML applications within drug discovery and computational chemistry.
Strong curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to build scalable tools in a scientific research setting.
Wisconsin pay range $9,240-$9,240 USD
