Infrastructure Engineering & Operations Intern:
Interns will focus on either Platform Engineering or Operational Technology (OT) Engineering. Both roles support routine maintenance, performance testing, and basic troubleshooting of infrastructure systems to ensure optimal reliability. Responsibilities include assisting with system configuration, backup and recovery procedures, analyzing performance data, and documenting solutions. OT Engineering interns additionally support industrial control systems such as HMIs and PLCs, collaborating with engineers and business teams to meet operational and technical requirements.
Software Development Intern:
Interns will focus on either Software Engineering or Quality Assurance (QA) Engineering, both collaboratively contribute to the software development lifecycle by ensuring both functionality and quality. **Job Responsibilities**
Can be viewed as both a civic service to local school system as well as an opportunity for high achieving SR level high school students, with ambitions of entering engineering programs in the Spring of 2026 to experience actual engineering work environments. Depending on actual skill levels, students may observe practices within the SW development community, often as observers will participate in testing and peer reviews of software. In addition, students will be given programming tasks that align with their skill level. Each programming assignment will include tasks that are representative of the complete life cycle they will experience in their careers. Such tasks will include
+ Requirements Definitions and Descriptions
+ Generation of Design Descriptions
+ Develop the Software
+ The use of Static Analysis tools
+ Conduct and Resolve Finding s from Peer Reviews
+ Prepare for and Test their End Product
At the completion of the students Intern period they will prepare and present a presentation that details and reflects on their Intern experience

Job Duties
* Adhere to company safety protocols and best practices while working in the field
* Assist with collecting field data related to crop health, soil quality, and pest management
* Analyze data to generate insights and provide recommendations for improving agricultural practices
* Operate basic field equipment under supervision, adhering to safety protocols
* Work alongside agronomists and other team members on projects focused on crop production, soil health, and pest control
* Attend team meetings, share progress, and provide insights from field activities
* Work with local teams to understand and support various departments' agronomy, wholesale, sales, finance and marketing
* Complete a project to further knowledge of our products and present findings at the end of the internship
* Develop relationships with farmers/staff to learn how to effectively identify and meet their needs
* Actively engage with assigned mentor, seeking guidance and feedback on projects and professional growth
Qualifications and Education
* Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in an agronomy-related degree program.
* A minimum GPA of 2.75 is required.
* Excellent customer service skills
* Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions, as applicable
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Willingness to work over 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts, from May to August

* Install and configure computer hardware / software to user's devices (laptops etc); troubleshooting technical issues (i.e LAN/Wifi etc) if any

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* Background in Information Technology or equivalent

* Good knowledge of computer hardware, Windows and Mac operating systems, and software applications
* Good understanding of mobile / smart devices, Android and iOS
