The Program Manager (PM) III is responsible for the execution of company programs including cost, schedule, and technical performance. The PM oversees program life-cycle and manages all activities necessary to meet business goals and objectives. Program Manager - RTC (6 Bed facility) The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership of The Meadowglade's 6-bed Adult Residential Treatment Facility (ARF). This role ensures a high-quality, safe, welcoming, and compliant program environment while overseeing client flow, staff performance, documentation standards, and adherence to California Department of Social Services (DSS) & CARF regulations. The Program Manager serves as the primary operational point of contact for clients, families, and staff, ensuring exceptional client experiences from tour through discharge. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Tours, Intakes & Admissions Conducts facility tours for prospective clients and families, clearly presenting program structure, services, house guidelines, and therapeutic environment. Acts as the first point of contact for new admissions, supporting intake paperwork, orientation, and acclimation to the program. Coordinates medication logistics, and daily schedules in collaboration with the Outpatient Program Director and Clinical team.
