The Training Program Specialist designs, develops, and delivers learning programs that enhance performance and data quality across Dodge Content teams. This role is responsible for creating and managing training paths within the Learning Management System (LMS), developing engaging instructional content, and conducting live and recorded training sessions. The Training Program Specialist ensures that every training module aligns with organizational goals and empowers employees with the skills to maintain high data standards.
This is a Full-Time position and reports directly to the Senior Manager, Operational Performance Management
**_Preferred Location_**
This is a remote, home-office-based role, and candidates located in the continental United States will be considered. For this position, there is a preference to hire in the Eastern Time Zone; however, candidates in other areas/time zones would be considered as well.
**_Travel Requirements_**
Expected travel with potential international travel 5-10%.
**_Essential Functions_**
+ Develop and manage structured learning paths for new hires, as well as ongoing role-based training.
+ Create digital training modules, quick guides, and assessments in the LMS and SOP platforms
+ Deliver live and recorded training sessions to reinforce learning objectives
+ Collaborate with managers and SMEs to identify training needs and skill gaps
+ Update and maintain training materials to reflect current SOPs, data workflows, and governance requirements
+ Measure training effectiveness using assessment scores, feedback, and KPI outcomes
+ Partner with the Governance Specialist to ensure training aligns with approved SOPs
+ Promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence across Content
**_Education Requirement_**
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field or equivalent work experience.
**_Required Experience, Knowledge, and Skills_**
+ 3+ years of experience in training development, instructional design, or adult learning
+ Experience managing LMS platforms and/or creating digital learning content
+ Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office
+ Proficiency with concepts of video editing with tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Camtasia
+ Familiarity with data quality, governance, or content management principles
+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
+ Experience with instructional design, including adult learning principles, to develop effective training
+ Ability to deliver engaging, accessible learning content
+ Adaptability: Updates materials as processes evolve
+ Highly collaborative and able to work with multiple teams to align learning with operational goals

+ Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, AWS QuickSight, PowerBI

_Base Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000_
This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job-related factors. Primary Function
Under general supervision, performs assignments of limited scope which require the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related tasks. The Lexington County Blowfish Baseball Club is seeking enthusiastic individuals to apply for the 2026 Summer Play-By-Play Crew InternshipProgram. This internship may include a combination of duties performed in the roles of play-by-play announcer, video production, public address announcer, community relations and media relations.
This is an internship that will be hands on and fast paced, while allowing you to gain valuable experience in multiple areas of the organization.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for baseball savvy interns who have a thirst to learn more. We are looking for team players. While you may be most interested in the play-by-play position, we want you to be just as engaged in the game and duties if you are assigned to the video production or another position during the game.
In past seasons, we have designated a primary play-by-play announcer, while rotating in other interns in this position in various games and situations during the season.
Crew Responsibilities:
Assist in daily setup and tear down of press box, broadcast equipment and cameras
Host pregame and postgame shows, including interviews of players, coaches and other interns
Serve as public address announcer when needed
Share highlights with social media team
Create and maintain Blowfish roster for media and fans
Collaborate with the entire crew and league partner at FloSports to ensure all video production requirements are fulfilled each night
Other duties as assigned

The Blowfish summer internshipprogram is designed to provide you training in each area so you will gain valuable skills that assist in progressing your sports career.
Job Requirements:
All interns are expected to work all home games and home playoff games during the 2026 season.
Stadium work is part of the internship - This could include daily tasks such as hanging signs, cleaning bathrooms, picking up garbage, bagging ice, sweeping the concourse and mopping indoor facilities. This is an essential part of the summer for each intern.
Who are we looking for?
The Blowfish are seeking college students who live in the Midlands of South Carolina or attend a local college or university. Interns are required to routinely travel to Lexington County Baseball Stadium. It is
highly preferred
that students are able to receive course credit from their college or university for the summer internship. Interns must be available to work from mid-May through the second week of August.
Please note: Housing is not available for this internship.
