Primary Duties and Responsibilities Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans. Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for benefits utilization and employee engagement. Help draft communications and resources for employees regarding benefits offerings and updates. Participate in project coordination for benefits-related initiatives and events. Collaborate with team members and vendors to resolve employee inquiries and support process improvements. Required Education and Experience In pursuit of a bachelor's degree or graduate-level degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. 3.0 GPA or higher. Preferred Education and Experience Junior and graduate-level students preferred (graduating between December 2026 and May 2027).
