With over 24 years experience in software development, Bill has served in leadership positions at software heavyweights AOL and Netscape. He is an expert in application development, massive data systems, and systems engineering as well as complex security applications. Bill holds a Bachelor's of Science from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia.

Quoin's mission is to understand the needs of our clients and deliver the insightful consulting and highly-effective development teams that contribute to their success. After three decades of experience as a technologist and business leader, I continue to be engaged in how to align technology and real-world problems. A serial entrepreneur, I have helped to conceive software products at Quoin and in partnership with our clients. My responsibilities at Quoin include sales, marketing, operations, and overall management of the firm.
