Monitor order status, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies with vendors. Maintain purchasing records and update ERP system with current order information. Communicate with internal teams regarding material availability and lead times. Assist with sourcing alternatives when supply issues arise. Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and quality standards. Qualifications 2+ years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
