About the Role
This role is responsible for translating business needs into sourcing strategies that support Ariat's operational and growth objectives. You will build and lead the company's end-to-end strategy and execution for indirect spend categories, including marketing and creative services, marketing fixtures, facilities, professional services, HR services, hardware, fulfillment components, corporate operations, and other non-merchandise related items.
The role focuses exclusively on indirect procurement and does not include product sourcing, advertising spend, logistics, or transportation.

Collaborating with FP&A to forecast category spend and savings, ensuring budgets accurately reflect contract terms.
Tracking, validating, and reporting realized savings, cost avoidance, and financial impacts.
Owning and managing procurement systems, maintaining data integrity, enabling workflow automation, and delivering reporting and analytics.
Influencing senior-level decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations.
Building high-trust relationships across the enterprise to drive adoption of procurement initiatives and policies.

About You
12+ years of progressive procurement or strategic sourcing experience, with strong indirect category experience
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or certifications (CPSM, CSCP, CTL) preferred
Experience in consumer products, retail and/or apparel or footwear a plus

The Manager of Procurement is responsible for ensuring an efficient and effective supply chain within the assigned region. CORPORATE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitate the up flow of regional project estimates, bid and award information to the corporate procurement team for coordination with our national account partners

Support local lead estimator on lighting, gear, technical material packages, and commodities quotations
Work with Business Development to ensure appropriate vendors are engaged for budgeting or design-build proposals
Review and provide final sign off on Lump Sum Purchase Orders (gear, lighting, control, generator, etc.) reviewing terms and conditions prior to vendor issuance, coordinating purchase with corporate procurement
Evaluates and communicates new product introductions to field, PM, estimating, and operational leadership staff coordinating presentations with manufacturers, reps, and distributors
Provides market product data including price, availability, and market trend information to operations team
Interprets and communicates procurement procedures to departments; assists departments in initiating requisitions and orders and solves problems with orders

Represents department at various meetings with management, staff, vendors, external agencies, professional organizations, and other groups

VENDOR RELATED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves as relationship manager for regional vendor partners (distributor, rep agency, manufacturers, rental companies, OEMS, etc.)
Maintains contact with vendors regarding orders and merchandise, new products, market conditions
Interviews sales representatives and vendors to develop new sources of supplies, securing favorable terms for Rosendin
Identifies WMBE firms as potential suppliers

**Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience/training
+ 7 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or Business Administration/Management
**Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Post-graduate degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
+ 12+ years of relevant experience in Procurement
+ 5+ years of experience leading Strategic Sourcing team(s) with direct reports
+ Experience in sourcing and/or leading the sourcing teams in Customer, Airport, or Professional Services areas
