Meet the team: Dexcom is hiring a Senior Manager/ Global Process Owner to join Global Supply Chain & Procurement organization and lead the key procurement processes like Third Party Risk Management, Supplier Onboarding/Offboarding, Purchasing Requisition to Purchase Order while also working closely with Accounts Payable teams on streamlining supplier invoice processing to ensure suppliers get paid on time. The successful individual will collaborate with IT to ensure the processes are operationalized within the procurement systems with appropriate controls and are built to drive efficiency and compliance. The person will also lead the Procurement Operations team based in the Philippines. Where you come in: * Strategic Leadership: Design, develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end procurement processes that align with Dexcom's business objectives and set policies * Procurement Process management: Oversee the entire procurement process lifecycle and ensure all processes are efficient, transparent, and in compliance with company policies. * Collaboration: Partner with Finance and Legal teams to ensure procurement processes are aligned and in compliance with their policies and processes, while also collaborating proactively with other departments who use procurement processes and systems to drive end-to-end efficiency and alignment across the procure-to-pay (P2P) process. * Team Leadership: Develop and lead the GBS Indirect Procurement team and transform it to a global function that supports all procurement processes. This includes recruiting, mentoring, and managing. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional development. * Technology & Systems Implementation: Collaborate with digital procurement owner, and IT to execute procurement systems projects by leading the procurement requirements as the business owner of the processes * Continuous improvements: Drive improvements to the processes based on feedback, issues and identified opportunities through analysis of transactions. * KPIs and Reporting: Collaborate with Accounting team to develop success metrics for P2P process while improving standard metrics like spend on negotiated catalogs & punchouts, spend on contracts, payment term compliance, and contract compliance, with the goal to make measurable improvements through project roadmap and continuous improvements. * Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal, ethical, and internal compliance standards. Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions and vendor performance. What makes you successful: * Education: Qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Professional certification in Procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, C.P.M.) is a plus. * Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in procurement in a similar role as a global procurement process owner, with at least 3 years as a people leader. Experience developing and leading a GBS function would be a plus. * Familiarity with International procurement related considerations * Proven ability to lead and motivate team. * Deep understanding of the P2P process and best practices. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency with e-procurement software and ERP. Coupa, Oracle and Aravo experience would be a plus. * Proficiency in creating process flows using applications like Lucidchart or Visio * Proficiency in creating presentation decks and exceptional presentation skills using storytelling techniques * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
