Ability to triage issues, identify root cause indicators, and propose resolutions. Experience with backend communication protocols (APIs, web services, CAN or similar). Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Java, Python, C#, etc.). Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
