    Dispatcher/Scheduler is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and managing global server repair operations. This role involves coordination between internal teams, external vendors, service partners, logistics companies, and customers to ensure the efficient repair and replacement of server components in our internationally deployed computer servers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned): * Serve as primary point of contact with field service technicians, service partners, and customers to ensure timely and successful work scheduling and completion. * Schedule and assign onsite field technicians in coordination with internal Equus resource availability. * Work with customer sites to document all requirements for onsite access and schedule accordingly. * Communicate and push service providers for timely updates on communications and scheduling of onsite visits. * Ensure job scope requirements are understood by all customer stakeholders. * Coordinate pre-visit reviews to ensure field techs have all necessary tools, documentation, training, and understanding of site visit requirements. * Track support case, RMA, and dispatch processes and statuses within internal CRM system. * Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries regarding status of support cases and dispatches. * Support day-to-day communications with customers and internal resources on communications and resource management (parts and labor). * Provide regular updates to stakeholders on repair timelines, delays, and resolution progress. * Maintain accurate notes and records of communication efforts with stakeholders and publish a daily schedule of onsite activities by date. * Assist with case, RMA, and dispatch transaction creation. Essential Education, Skills, and Experience: * Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work across different time zones and coordinate with multicultural teams. * Experience managing RMA processes, global part replacements, and repair tracking systems. * Proficiency in scheduling and dispatch coordination and calendar tracking. * Attention to detail to ensure all communications are processed to prevent errors in scheduling. * College diploma and 2+ years of work experience in a similar role. * Excellent computer skills; previous experience working with a database a plus. * Computer hardware/server architecture familiarity are a plus. * Excel knowledge and familiarity required. * Searching for someone willing to work overnight (9:30pm - 6am Central). Job Skills / Requirements Experienced Dispatcher needed in Marysville, OH FT/3rd Shift - $19.82/hr - Weekly Pay Command Center Dispatcher responsibilities are as follows: Be vigilant at all times. Able to problem solve and critical think in a fast-paced environment. Able to multitask, especially in high stress/volume situations. Monitor company radio and fire alarm systems (Simplex/Siemens) for any issues such as fire, medical, water flow, etc. Dispatch for all types of emergency situations (i.e., medical, fire, chemical, Workplace violence, active threat). Keep detailed logs of any pertinent information or incidents. Monitor Travel sites for travel warnings; report any changes to proper personnel. Monitor news networks for travel threats or active threats; report any changes to proper personnel. Monitor weather for the counties in which our plant locations are in along with surrounding counties; report severe/winter weather to proper personnel and follow proper procedures to ensure life/safety is met. Monitor door alarms and dispatch guard personnel accordingly. Monitor panic alarms and dispatch security personnel accordingly. Arrange medical transports as needed for associates and contingents. Report any tech related issues for security equipment and hardware to security technicians' group. Dispatch Maintenance personnel for alarms or when issues have been reported. Monitor cameras for suspicious activity (i.e., vandalism, loitering) and access control (i.e., validations, double scan activity). Answer phone calls - general and emergency. Know where to locate the information to be able to handle emergency calls of any type. (Medical, fire, active threat, weather, D&A etc.) Perform daily/weekly/yearly testing of emergency tone, alarms, evacuation and take shelter drills. Validate Associates at various locations following Safe and Secure protocol. Man Pass ID outside of the general business hours. Manage Pass ID email outside of general business hours. Keep key Genric and Client personnel informed of situations according the levels provided. Fulfill any duties dictated by the site manager, on-site responder or client administration. This is a non-exempt, technical position within the bargaining unit responsible for monitoring and controlling gas system pressures and flow rates via a SCADA system. This position also provides direction to field personnel on dispatching of emergency calls, service outages, and utility locates. Progression is required to attain Lead Dispatcher status from Dispatcher Trainee as outlined in the Agreement with International Union of Operating Engineers Local 18-S. Nature and Scope of Position (Essential Duties and Responsibilities): Monitor system flow rates and pressures via SCADA system and other software, make adjustments to meet demand requirements and maintain system pressures, and balance system supply in accordance with provided gas plan. Assign and dispatch crews to service outages via Outage Management System to ensure safe and efficient service restoration. Document operational information in MS Access database, communicate with and/or dispatch personnel over company-wide radio or mobile phone regarding abnormal operating conditions, readings, information, service outages, etc. Answer telephone calls both during and after regular business hours that may be related to emergency situations, service outages, after hour customer inquiries, etc. Monitor building security after regular business hours. Enter data and generate reports in MS Excel that summarizes various supply sources and delivery points throughout the system. Investigate Ohio 811 facility locate requests and dispatch to the appropriate field personnel for identification. Ability to learn and retain knowledge of Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration's (PHMSA) Control Room Management regulations and follow departmental procedures and company Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manual for compliance purposes. As part of a 24-7 staffed department, this position requires an individual to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime and short-notice changes to the regular work schedule may occur in order to maintain adequate staffing and compliance with PHMSA regulations.
