Service Calls Secure equipment, information, supplies, and tools deemed necessary to complete the customer's requested scope of work. Track and record travel time to and from customer's facility as well as time spent at customer's facility. Drive company service vehicle to customer's facility. Diagnose/troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems. Diagnose/troubleshoot problems using electrical and hydraulic schematics. Diagnose/troubleshoot problems with electronic controls, both analog and digital. Inspect and repair components at customer's facility when applicable. Provide customer with service call report once the service call is completed. Debrief and provide service call report to service manager(s). Return all tools and unused supplies to storage locations when applicable. Clerical/General Administrative Respond to routine emails, phone calls, etc. Make copies, print documents, etc. File paperwork An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
