Proficient in at least one renovation technique, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and fire protection. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Licensure/Certification: OSHA 10-hour certification. Language Skills: Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken word and sentences, and the ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
