Job Responsibilities
Summary of Position:
Maintenance Technicians will repair/maintain all production/facility equipment and perform project work. This position requires a high regard for safety at all times in performing any tasks associated with working for Harris Products Group.
This person will work safely and supports safety within their team across the organization. Completes weekly maintenance schedule and makes safe, quality & timely repairs to ensure weekly production schedule is completed. Supports lean initiatives to facilitate team goals/metrics. Participates in team meetings and works on cost savings projects.

Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
Required -

Good trouble shooting skills in mechanical and pneumatic systems for production machinery and support equipment.
Able to read and understand mechanical and pneumatic prints
Must be computer literate
Operate material handling equipment, scissor lift and manipulating man lift

Experience with Lean tools

Job Summary
Englewood Truck Towing and Recovery is seeking driven individuals to join our Truck Repair Division as a Heavy-Duty Diesel/Mobile RepairTechnician. This person will properly diagnose and repair many different types of semi trucks and trailers safely and efficiently both in our shop and out in the field. Candidates will repair both our fleet vehicles as well as our customer's vehicles. This is a full-time position 2nd shift Monday - Friday. Also, candidates can expect to be on call with a mobile repair team operating a service truck 1-2 nights per week, and 1-2 weekends per month. Candidates must live near the Dayton, OH area.

This position is responsible for operating multiple Veolia contracted client water and wastewater facilities. The primary purpose of this position is to cover vacations & absences at existing facilities, assist in the training and development of local operations teams, and to serve in a support role at new account start-ups. This position will be responsible for assisting with the overall operation and maintenance of accounts in their area. This includes process changes to meet compliance, troubleshooting processes & equipment, maintenance (routine, reactive, and preventive), process & compliance sampling, laboratory testing, and writing and distributing a daily shift report. In between time at designated accounts, this position will be responsible for the development of training resources for general water and wastewater industry knowledge, as well as site specific treatment training for all technicians in their region. This position requires significant travel, sometimes for extended periods of time - This can range from 1-2 weeks away from home at a time, all the way up to a month for extenuating circumstances.
Essential Operational Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintain complete operational coverage of the Veolia operated facilities in your designated region as vacations and unplanned absences arise. Coverage will be required on both day shifts and night shifts as absences arise, requiring significant schedule flexibility.
* Assist in the operational development of all local technicians within your designated region. This includes in-person hands on training visits to multiple sites, assisting in the development of electronic training materials & resources, and directing training efforts of individual technicians. Additional training time will also be required with all new technicians as they are hired.
* Ensure that industry standards and best practices are in use at all Veolia operated facilities in your designated region.This includes but is not limited to: recordkeeping methods, lab testing procedures, operational practices, preventative maintenance practices, etc..

* Responsible for accurate record keeping of client data such as residual content of chemicals, water turbidity, and water pressure.
* Comply with all Veolia and Client's safety parameters/programs.
* Analyze lab data to uncover potential treatment issues and then implement process changes to prevent non-compliance.
* Consult with Clients and Veolia management in the operations of their Wastewater plant to determine the best treatment for their Wastewater.
* Advise clients on the appropriate methods for hazardous waste spill clean ups, recycle programs, energy savings programs, and water usage reduction
Essential Maintenance Duties and Responsibilities
* Coordinate with Client to schedule third-party maintenance support for all maintenance projects that are outside of Veolia's scope of work.
* Complete all preventative maintenance defined by Veolia and Client management at the designated frequency.
* Completion of all preventive maintenance must be documented accordingly. PM tasks include, but are not limited to; changing filters, changing oil, greasing bearings, documenting operating temperatures, exercising valves, etc...
* Complete, or assist in the completion of, all minor maintenance projects that may arise to ensure the Wastewater treatment facility remains operating effectively and efficiently. These maintenance items include, but are not limited to: chemical pump repair & replacement, small PVC piping installation, valve replacement, AOD pump repairs, check-valve cleanouts and repairs, etc...
* Complete, or assist in the completion of, all intermediate maintenance projects that may arise to ensure the
* Wastewater treatment facility remains operating effectively and efficiently. These maintenance items include, but are not limited to: replacing mechanical pump seals, replacing packing seals, replacing impellers, full PVC line
* replacements, centrifugal pump replacements, displacement pump replacements, check-valve cleanouts and repairs, etc...

Work trucks and fuel will be provided by Bone Dry Roofing. Our compensation is salary based plus commission. WE WILL TRAIN!Duties and Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.
Perform necessary repairs for homeowners as described in the scope of work. Scope of work can include, but is not limited to roofing, masonry, gutters and siding.
Perform necessary masonry installation work, mixing/making mortar, and brick replacements.
Be the main point of contact for the customer during the project.
Estimate materials and labor required to complete projects.
Communicate with homeowners before, during, and after projects.
Be on call for after-hours emergency calls if on rotation.
Prepare and collect invoices once the job is complete.
Look for other necessary repairs, i.e., gutters, windows, etc.
Follow all safety procedures.
This position is required to work two Saturdays per month during peak season (March-November).
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Pass a background check
Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
Must be able to climb a ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roofs
Previous roofing industry experience preferred
Previous masonry experience preferred
Willingness to travel up to 5%
