Job Summary
Provides repair and on-site installation on a variety of Veterinary equipment. Learns and follows manufacturer guidelines relative to the operation, repair, maintenance and installation of equipment.

Install, Maintain and/or Repair Veterinary Equipment
Independently responds to assigned customer service calls, diagnosing problems and making appropriate repairs.
Repairs, loads, delivers, installs, and specs equipment to meet specific manufacturer, Federal and State regulations.
Trains to perform standard system installations and tests the functionality of all components.
Trains customers on the use and basic maintenance of equipment at the customers site.
Learns and follows specific manufacturer guidelines for repairs as well as all company, OSHA, or other agencies' policies related to asepsis.
Completes all required service forms (service order, confirmations, inventory, expense reports, time sheet, and equipment related items).
Maintains strong and supportive customer relationships by providing technical support after initial installation of Equipment, PC software, and hardware and ensuring that service commitments are met within standard response time.
Maintain relevant communication with Service Coordinator, Equipment Specialist and Territory Manager.
Inventory Management
Determines parts, supplies or tools needed to complete service requests.
Uses, maintains, and secures test devices and tools used to adjust, calibrate, and repair equipment.
Manages vehicle inventory and restocks as necessary.
Physical inventory audits on a bi-annual basis
Asset Management
Ensures proper vehicle maintenance guidelines and safe driving habits are followed.
Ensures proper use and maintenance of all company provided assets, including but not limited to phone, computer, parts, tools and uniforms.

Program Summary
The Maintenance Technician Development Program is geared towards individuals who want to gain the skills needed to receive their Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) licenses. The program requires enrollment in a FAR 147 certified program and offers mentorship and a defined path towards certification and starting a career with Horizon Air/Alaska Airlines.
If accepted into the program, the individual signs an agreement to work for Horizon Air/Alaska Airlines for a minimum of 30 months. Upon completing the FAR 147 requirements and obtaining their A&P license participants will become a Horizon Air Technician.

The Express Technician is the backbone of our quick service department, efficiently performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles. You'll play a vital role in keeping customers happy by providing fast, accurate, and high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
Routine Maintenance and Inspections:
Perform multi-point inspections, identifying potential issues and preventative maintenance needs.
Change engine oil and filters according to manufacturer specifications.
Rotate and balance tires, checking air pressure and tread wear.
Top off or replace fluids (coolant, windshield washer fluid, etc.).
Perform other express services like battery checks, wiper blade replacements, and air filter changes.
Document all completed services and identified issues on repair orders.
Customer Service:
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Explain service recommendations clearly and concisely, obtaining customer authorization before proceeding.
Provide estimated wait times and keep customers informed of service progress.
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Technical Skills and Safety:
Possess a strong understanding of basic automotive maintenance procedures.

Use a variety of diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.

Additional Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in automotive repair or a related field (preferred).
Certifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications a plus.
Strong understanding of basic automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
Ability to follow manufacturer service specifications and safety guidelines.
Excellent mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new skills quickly.
Manual dexterity and the ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, reaching).

What you will be doing:
The Property Maintenance Repair Technician is responsible for maintaining the functionality, safety, and appearance of the one apartment complex. This role ensures that maintenance and repair needs are promptly addressed, supporting tenant satisfaction and maintaining high property standards. Primary duties include conducting inspections, completing repairs, responding to emergencies, and managing work orders with accurate documentation. The Technician will also assist with pool maintenance (if applicable), uphold community relations, and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
· Perform minor and major repairs, including work on buildings, door locks, gates, plumbing, caulking, and pipes.
· Conduct inspections of vacated and occupied apartments to identify and address maintenance and repair needs.
· Replace light switches, thermostats, and appliance parts such as oven and water heater elements
· Maintain outdoor lighting fixtures and repair as needed
· Maintain and ensure the safety of swimming pools, where applicable.
· Complete work orders with detailed updates, including repair actions, parts used, and time spent.

· Communicate with the property management team to provide updates on work order status and maintenance issues
